DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders (Australia wide)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email.

Please allow 7-9 business days for deliveries within Australia

Mi Baloo takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

 

Please allow 2-3 Extra Working Days for Western Australia + Rural Orders.

 

 

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

RETURNS

 

We understand that online shopping can be hard & we will happily accept returns if the item wasn't what you expected. Please note our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

Should an item be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing info@mibaloo.com.au with your name and order and details of the fault including a photo. Please clearly state if you require a refund (excluding shipping charges) or a replacement. Often this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, which means the problem is solved faster. If the item purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered store credit or a full refund.

 

How do I return an Item:

 

Email info@mibaloo.com.au

Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

We will respond to your email within 3 business days and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.

All returns/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at us. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.

 

All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us. 

 


MI BALOO is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia.

MI BALOO is also not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
